Road Rules
Level 1 Offenses and Punishments:
You are not allowed to brandish a weapon in public without proper reason or authorization. - Warning and a $100 Fine
Public Drunkenness is NOT tolerated in San Andreas. - $100 Fine and a Warning
Using Drugs is NOT tolerated in San Andreas. - 1st Offense is a 1 Minute Arrest or 1 Star Wanted Level if not arrested, 2nd Offense turns into a Level 2 Offense, 3rd Offense turns into a Level 3 Offense
Evading Arrest - Added 1 Star Wanted Level (Not stackable with other "add 1 Star Wanted Level if not arrested" offenses)
Reckless Endangerment - $400 Fine and 1 Minute in Jail or 1 Star Wanted Level (if not arrested)
Wielding a weapon without a license - 1 Star Wanted Level (for no arrest) or 2 Minutes in Jail, 2nd offense is Level 2, third is Level 3.
Level 2 Offenses and Punishments:
Using Drugs - Add another Star Wanted Level if not arrested, 2 Minutes in Jail
Drug Trafficking - 2 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 2 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $500.
Illegal Material Trafficking (Mats B, C, and D) - 2 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 2 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $350
Illegal Dealing of Firearms (Anything above 9mm) - 2 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 2 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $600. If done again, it results in a Lvl. 3 Offense
Level 3 Offenses and Punishments:
Illegal Dealing of Firearms (Lvl. 3) - +1 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 4 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $800.
Using Drugs - +1 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 4 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $1000.
Drug Trafficking - +1 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 2 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $750
Traffic Offenses and Punishments:
Speed Limit For City's: 80 KPH - If higher, a fine will be given depending on the speed of the car
Speed Limit For Highways/Country's: 120 KPH - If higher, a fine will be given depending on the speed of the car
Street Law: All civilian vehicles MUST be in the correct lane while driving (unless otherwise passing a vehicle) - A fine of $250 will be delivered
Street Law: Seat Belts must be used at all times (( /SB /seatbelt )) - A fine of $300 will be given
Street Law: Nitrous Oxide (NOS, NITRO) is illegal on all street faring vehicles. If you want to drive on a road with a car, drive with one NOT equipped with Nitrous. If you're caught with it, you will be arrested (2 Minutes in Jail) and a mechanic (with level 4 or higher) will be called to tow your car to the impound.
Street Law: Street Racing is illegal - You will get arrested (2 Minutes) and fined ($350) .
Street Law: Drag Racing is illegal - You will get arrested (2 Minutes) and fined ($350) .
Street Law: You must STOP before making a turn. 2-3 seconds will be fine - If an accident occurs, the causing party will be arrested (3 Minutes) and fined ($500).
Parking Law: It is illegal to Double-Park unless someone is waiting in the vehicle - Your car can and will be towed by a mechanic.
Parking Law: It is illegal park on the street of Pershing Square, near SAPD. Only SAPD/SASD/S.W.A.T./Vehicles. - Your car can and will be towed by a mechanic.
Parking Law: To park while still on a roadway, you must have either: both driver side tires or both passenger's side tires on a sidewalk and on the road. - Your car can and will be towed by a mechanic.
Parking Law: If you park in a city service related area, you must have the job that accompanies where you park (Don't park at the Tow Yard if you're not a mechanic, don't park at the Trashmaster Emporium if you aren't a Garbage Man, etc.) - Your car can and will be towed by a mechanic and you will be fined ($250).
Parking Law: Business owners have the right to their parking areas, if they tell you to leave and you don't, then that is a punishable offense. - Your car can and will be towed by a mechanic and the business owner can decide to press charges.
Vehicle Offenses and Punishments:
Assault with a vehicle (Car-Ramming) - 1 Star Wanted (if not arrested), $750 Fine and 5 Minutes in jail plus a 4 Hour Suspension of License
Reckless Driving - 2 Star Wanted Level (if not arrested), 3 Minutes in Jail and possible 1 Hour suspension of Driver's License
Multiple Counts of Reckless Driving - 3 Star Wanted Level (if not arrested), 5 Minutes in Jail and 1 Day suspension of Driver's License (no we can't actually suspend it, but if we see you driving, then you'll get busted).
Driving with a Suspended License - +2 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 7 Minutes in Jail and license suspension is lengthened.
Weapon Offenses and Punishments:
Assault (hitting someone with an object) - 1 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 1 Minute in Jail and a fine of $350.
Battery (shooting someone) - 2 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 3 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $600.
Multiple Assault/Battery - 3 Star Wanted (if not arrested), 4 Minutes in Jail and a fine of $800.
MISCELLANEOUS PUNISHMENTS:
1 Minute in Jail for each wanted star someone has.
OR
$100 Fine for each wanted star.
